Kelly Conklin, MSN, CENP
Chief Customer Officer & Chief Clinical Officer
Kelly Conklin serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Chief Clinical Officer at PerfectServe. In her role, she oversees the entire customer experience team, which consists of Account Executives, Customer Success Advisors, and the 24/7 support center. With a team of nearly 100 professionals reporting to her, Conklin is charged with ensuring all customer needs are addressed as they transition to the post-implementation phase. The team’s primary focus is to streamline care team collaboration by applying PerfectServe’s solutions to the unique clinical needs and business objectives of every customer. Conklin’s extensive background in clinical consulting, healthcare operations, and clinical care delivery positions her well to assist PerfectServe customers in achieving their goals.
Before joining PerfectServe, she held the role of Service Line Vice President of Clinical Quality and Safety at Premier Inc. In this position, she was responsible for overseeing the Partnership for Patients program, the QUESTâ„¢ National Collaborative, and other consulting services that supported hospitals nationwide. Kelly began her career as a nurse, specializing in ED and Trauma. Subsequently, she transitioned to various administrative roles in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She has held CNO, COO, and CEO positions and has experience leading in both inpatient and outpatient settings in community and regional facilities.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Administration and Leadership from Ball State University.
