Katey Bailey

Vice President, Customer Success, Scheduling

Katey Bailey is the Vice President of Customer Success for PerfectServe’s Scheduling business. She leads the team dedicated to developing and driving initiatives that ensure customers realize the full value of their PerfectServe investment. 

Bailey joined the Scheduling leadership team in 2021, where she quickly established a high-performing Customer Success organization. Partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Services, she designed and scaled programs that led to the business’ highest-ever customer experience feedback. Under Bailey’s leadership, Lightning Bolt was launched back into the #1 position in KLAS’s provider scheduling category. Additionally, she leads PerfectServe’s premier customer event, the annual User Summit, which brings together executives, IT leaders, clinicians, and solution administrators for two days of best practice sharing, education, and collaboration. 

Prior to PerfectServe, Bailey spent nearly 15 years at The Advisory Board Company in various Account Management roles. She served as an Account Executive and Director focused on thought-leadership for hospital executives, strengthening customer loyalty and engagement, and driving strategic portfolio expansion. 

Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, where she was also a four-time All-American athlete.
