Vice President, Customer Experience
Amanda Brooks is the Vice President of Customer Experience at PerfectServe. In her role, Brooks leads the teams responsible for all of the company’s support and customer success initiatives. This centralized oversight of important customer-facing teams allows Brooks to ensure that all PerfectServe customers have a consistent, high-quality experience while achieving the best possible product outcomes. Prior to being promoted to Vice President, she spent two years as PerfectServe’s Director of Customer Success, where she focused on proactive engagement with customers to help them achieve strong ROI by driving adoption, utilization, and education.
Before PerfectServe, Brooks worked in several customer success roles at NurseGrid, a SaaS tech startup focused on nurse scheduling. There, she oversaw a team that handled various aspects of the product life cycle, from implementation to technical support. She also spearheaded critical projects like technical integrations, enterprise rollouts, and Salesforce migrations, among others.
Outside of work, Brooks has been actively involved in PDX Women in Tech for close to ten years, including a two-year stint as Board Vice President and Marketing Director. The organization’s mission is to advance inclusion in the technology industry.
Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Applied Economics, Business, and Society from the University of Oregon.
