Shilpa Topudurti

Chief Strategy Officer

Shilpa Topudurti is the Chief Strategy Officer at PerfectServe, where she leads growth strategy, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

Shilpa brings deep experience across healthcare services and technology-enabled operations. Prior to PerfectServe, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Arietis Health, a technology-enabled revenue cycle management company, where she helped scale the business, expand globally, and build core corporate functions. Previously, she was a Director at Cranemere, where she focused on healthcare services with an emphasis on value creation and operational improvement. She also held corporate strategy and new business development roles at The Advisory Board Company and began her career at McKinsey & Company in the firm’s London office in the life sciences practice.

Shilpa holds a BA in Molecular Genetics from the University of Rochester, an MSc in International Health Policy and Economics from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
