Kelly Conklin serves as Vice President of Account Management and Chief Clinical Officer for PerfectServe. In her role, Conklin leads a customer success team responsible for helping customers streamline clinical communication and provider scheduling processes and apply PerfectServe’s solutions to achieve their clinical and business objectives. This streamlined alignment is a departure from previous organizational structure that allows the company to better coordinate and align all efforts with PerfectServe customers. With her expertise in consulting, healthcare operations, and clinical care delivery, Conklin is ideally positioned to help PerfectServe customers achieve their business objectives.
Conklin joined PerfectServe in 2019 as an Account Executive in the East region, where she demonstrated an innate ability to partner with customers to solve problems and optimize their usage of PerfectServe solutions. Prior to PerfectServe, Conklin served as the Service Line Vice President of Clinical Quality & Safety with Premier Inc., where she oversaw the Partnership for Patients program, the QUEST™ National Collaborative, and a myriad of other consulting services supporting hospitals across the country.
Before that, Conklin spent more than 20 years as a nurse at the bedside focused on ED and Trauma care before moving into various Administrative roles. Working in the for profit and not-for-profit sectors, she has also held CNO, COO, and Interim CEO roles and has experience leading in the inpatient and outpatient arenas in both community and regional facilities.
Conklin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and her Master’s degree in Administration and Leadership from Ball State University.
