Jeff Brown has been a member of PerfectServe’s executive team since 2006. As PerfectServe’s Senior Vice President of Client Services, Brown is responsible all service-delivery operations of the company, including professional services, 24/7 support operations and account management functions. He created PerfectServe’s implementation methodology – a proven process that enables health systems to quickly standardize and automate complex communications workflows on the PerfectServe platform. He leads a team of nearly 150 professionals skilled at applying PerfectServe’s technology in ways that deliver the best possible outcomes for PerfectServe’s practice and health system clients.
Prior to PerfectServe, Brown held various roles at Deloitte & Touche, Aristasoft Corporation and Cisco WebEx.
Brown holds dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and marketing from Miami University in Ohio.
