Ashleigh Stanford

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Ashleigh Stanford is Senior Vice President of Marketing at PerfectServe, where she leads marketing strategy and enterprise marketing for the organization. Her mandate is to sharpen how PerfectServe communicates its value to health systems and care teams, and to build a marketing function that scales with the company’s growth in clinical communication and physician scheduling.

Ashleigh has spent nearly two decades building marketing organizations inside healthcare SaaS and medical device companies, with a consistent focus on giving providers back time to do the work they actually trained for. Most recently, she led marketing for a healthcare SaaS platform serving practices across multiple specialties, where she helped bring AI scribe technology and other AI-powered tools to market to automate the administrative work that pulls providers away from patients.

The thread running through her whole career is that Ashleigh believes the job of marketing in healthcare isn’t just driving growth; it’s removing friction between providers and the people they care for. She’s built her reputation finding ways to do both at once.

Before that, Ashleigh led marketing through a successful company exit at a SaaS and EdTech business serving dental professionals, scaling digital revenue and strengthening retention. Earlier in her career, she held regional marketing and general management roles across Asia Pacific, Africa, and Oceania, driving sustained growth and expanding margins across more than twenty countries.

Ashleigh believes the fastest way to build enterprise value is also the most human one: understand what people actually need, communicate with total clarity, and give good teams the room to do their best work. With a genuine, ongoing curiosity for how AI gets applied in business — not for its own sake, but in ways that actually make people’s working lives better — Ashleigh is always looking for opportunities to leverage innovations in the space. That same AI-forward thinking shapes how she builds teams and go-to-market strategy at PerfectServe.
