Accessibility Statement 

This accessibility statement applies to PerfectServe’s digital products and web-based platforms, including clinician-facing, administrative, and operational user interfaces. 


PerfectServe is committed to designing and delivering digital healthcare solutions that are usable by as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities. We recognize the critical role accessibility plays in healthcare workflows and patient safety, and we are actively working to improve the accessibility of our products. 

Accessibility of our products:

PerfectServe aims to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. At this time, our products are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. 


We’re aware that some users may experience accessibility challenges, which may include: 

  • Inconsistent keyboard navigation in certain workflows or legacy interfaces 
  • Limited screen reader support for some complex or dynamic UI components 
  • Incomplete text alternatives for icons, status indicators, or visual cues 
  • Color contrast or visual hierarchy issues in specific views or configurations 
  • Reports, exports, or PDFs that may not fully meet accessibility standards 

These limitations are more likely to occur in older or highly configurable areas of the platform. 

What we’re doing to improve accessibility:

Accessibility is an ongoing area of investment at PerfectServe. Our approach includes: 

  • Incorporating accessibility considerations into product design, development, and quality assurance processes 
  • Reviewing accessibility during feature development and major platform updates 
  • Using a combination of automated testing tools and manual review methods to identify issues 
  • Prioritizing remediation efforts based on user impact and clinical relevance 
  • Considering accessibility requirements when selecting and integrating third-party components 

While we do not currently claim full WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, accessibility improvements are part of our long-term product roadmap. 

Accessibility of our mobile applications 

PerfectServe provides mobile applications to support clinical communication and operational workflows. We recognize the importance of accessibility in mobile environments and aim to incorporate accessibility considerations into the design and development of our mobile applications. 

Our mobile applications are not currently fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility support may vary by platform, operating system version, and configuration. Known limitations may include: 

  • Partial support for screen readers such as VoiceOver or TalkBack in certain workflows 
  • Inconsistent support for dynamic text sizing or system accessibility settings 
  • Touch target sizing or gesture-based interactions that may not fully meet accessibility guidance 
  • Limited accessibility of complex or highly interactive components 

We continue to evaluate accessibility in our mobile applications and consider improvements as part of ongoing product development.

If you encounter accessibility barriers while using a PerfectServe product or mobile application, or if you require information or functionality in an alternative format, please contact us at accessibility@perfectserve.com. 

We will work with customers and users to understand reported issues and provide reasonable support or alternatives where possible. 

Third-party integrations 

PerfectServe products integrate with a wide range of third-party systems and services. While we make reasonable efforts to consider accessibility in our integrations, we cannot guarantee that all third-party interfaces or embedded components fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. 

Preparation of this statement 

This accessibility statement was prepared on February 2, 2026, and will be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect ongoing improvements to our products and accessibility practices.
