PerfectServe today announced the opening of a new office in Knoxville, Tenn., the location of the company’s headquarters. The move is necessary to accommodate the company’s fifty percent growth in employee headcount over the past ten months. This rapid expansion supports the newly launched PerfectServe Synchrony, the unified communications and collaboration solution that allows clinicians to immediately identify and reach the most appropriate patient care team member so they can address a patient’s urgent needs quickly and provide the highest quality of care.

Less than a year ago, PerfectServe doubled its research and development funding and opened an office in Atlanta, Georgia to support ongoing research efforts. Early in 2015, the company expanded its senior leadership with the addition of a new Vice President of Client Experience, Vice President of Product Marketing and a Chief Operating Officer. These recent hires deepen the company’s clinical experience and increase support for the growing number of customers using PerfectServe’s solutions.
The new office will feature a unique new space with an open floor concept to encourage team collaboration focusing on Agile methodologies, ergonomic sit/stand desks, collaboration rooms and a micro-market offering fresh, healthy food options for employees. Located at 10024 Investment Drive, this Knoxville, Tenn. office is double the size of its previous headquarters, and is located just 15 minutes from downtown.
