Trisha Brady, SPHR, is Vice President of Human Capital for PerfectServe. In this role, she oversees all human resources activities for more than 300 associates across the company, including staffing, recruitment, benefits and compensation, training and development, office/site management, HRIS, and regulatory compliance. Brady’s lifecycle approach to talent management—which focuses on forecasting, staffing, development, performance management, career planning, and retention—has equipped the company with the right personnel to succeed during a period of growth and transformation.
In her time at PerfectServe, Brady has supported the company’s largest M&A decisions from initial analysis through subsequent workforce integration, enabling business growth by assessing cultural compatibility and talent impacts. She also led the initiative to consolidate PerfectServe’s office locations to reduce cost, improve collaboration, and increase employee engagement, and her efforts realigning compensation programs helped to provide long-term incentives for employees while controlling accelerating costs.
Brady has more than 20 years of diverse experience in human resources. Prior to joining PerfectServe, she was employed at Mercy Health Partners (now Tennova Healthcare) as an Operational Excellence project manager, where she led cross-functional teams to implement process improvement strategies, including facilitation of Six Sigma training. As part of the health system’s leadership team, she directed team building events, coached administrators, redesigned appraisal and onboarding programs – all focused on improving performance and quality scores. In addition, she provided services including recruitment, training and staff development for over 40 employees at the organization’s Child Development Center.
Brady has a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Radford University, a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Tennessee, and her MBA in Human Resource Management from Ashford University. She is a SHRM and HCI Certified Professional and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. In 2017, Brady received the HR Professional Excellence Award by the SHRM TN State Council, recognizing her contribution to the HR profession. She was also selected to be part of Leadership Knoxville’s Class of 2021. This 10-month learning experience provides opportunities to explore community issues and hone leadership skills with a group of fellow Knoxville leaders.
