Trisha Brady, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSSGB, is Vice President of Human Capital for PerfectServe, responsible for leading the company’s human resources team. As the leader of PerfectServe’s human resources organization, she focuses on hiring the industry’s best talent, developing valuable compensation and benefit plans, implementing automated systems and leading review processes that nurture talent for continued growth.
Brady has more than 20 years of diverse experience in human resources. Prior to joining PerfectServe, she was employed at Mercy Health Partners (now Tennova Healthcare). As an Operational Excellence project manager, Brady led cross-functional teams to implement process improvement strategies, including facilitation of Six Sigma training. As part of the health system’s leadership team, she directed team building events, coached administrators, redesigned appraisal and onboarding programs – all focused on improving performance and quality scores. In addition, she provided services including recruitment, training and staff development for over 40 employees at the organization’s Child Development Center.
Brady has a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Radford University, a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Tennessee, and her MBA in Human Resource Management from Ashford University. She is a SHRM and HCI Certified Professional, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. In 2017, Brady received the HR Professional Excellence Award by the SHRM TN State Council, recognizing her contribution to the HR profession.
