Trisha Brady is Vice President of Human Capital for PerfectServe, responsible for leading the company’s human resources team. In this role, she focuses on hiring the industry’s best talent, developing valuable compensation and benefit plans, implementing automated systems and leading review processes that nurture talent for continued growth.
Brady has more than 20 years of diverse experience in human resources. Prior to joining PerfectServe, she was employed at Mercy Health Partners (now Tennova Healthcare). As an Operational Excellence project manager, Brady led cross-functional teams to implement process improvement strategies, including facilitation of Six Sigma training. As part of the health system’s leadership team, she directed team building events, coached administrators, and redesigned appraisal and onboarding programs—all focused on improving performance and quality scores. In addition, she provided services including recruitment, training and staff development for over 40 employees at the organization’s Child Development Center.
Brady has a BS in human development from Radford University, an MSN in human resource management from the University of Tennessee, and an MBA in human resource management from Ashford University. She is an SHRM and HCI Certified Professional, and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. In 2017, Brady received the HR Professional Excellence Award from the SHRM Tennessee State Council in recognition of her contribution to the profession.
