Steffan Haithcox is the Chief Marketing Officer at PerfectServe. A seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience covering all aspects of marketing and strategy, Haithcox brings significant expertise to the executive team in the areas of corporate strategy, go-to-market execution, marketing automation, sales enablement, product marketing and brand development. He has a proven track record transforming and scaling marketing in a variety of companies—from VC-backed startups to large enterprises. Haithcox’s strong marketing leadership and execution proficiency have contributed to the rapid growth of many companies and to several very successful acquisitions.
Prior to PerfectServe, Haithcox was Chief Marketing Officer of Tabula Health, a startup focused on the financial relationship between healthcare providers and patients. Before that, he served as Vice President of Marketing for bswift (acquired by Aetna). At Aetna, Haithcox helped transition a standalone benefits technology leader into a valuable subsidiary of a Fortune 50 company. Before Aetna, he was Vice President of Marketing at Stanley Healthcare, a division of Stanley Black & Decker that had more than 17,000 customers. Haithcox also held leadership positions at AeroScout (acquired by Stanley Black & Decker), Apexion (acquired by Lawson Software), Neoforma and Good Samaritan Health System (acquired by HCA Healthcare).
Haithcox has enjoyed many advisory roles throughout his career, including for PerfectServe, before joining the company as Chief Marketing Officer. As an advisor, he has contributed to Simility, the RFID in Healthcare Consortium and RepairPal. Recently, Simility was backed by Accel Partners and acquired by PayPal in 2018.
Haithcox holds a BA from Swarthmore College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
