Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer at PerfectServe, Megan Emhoff is responsible for delivering innovative solutions to ensure PerfectServe has the talent, organizational structure, culture, policies, and environment necessary to achieve long-term success. She brings a strong focus on people strategy, coaching, performance management, systems building and company culture. Her contributions to culture have been recognized by Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work, Technical.ly, and numerous Great Place to Work awards.
Prior to PerfectServe, Emhoff served as Chief People Officer at Protenus, a venture-backed digital healthcare analytics company serving hospitals and health systems. As the first executive team member dedicated to people operations at the firm, Emhoff partnered with the founding team to grow the company’s headcount by more than 350% in less than three years.
Emhoff began her career by serving as part of the founding team of a healthcare services firm providing specialized healthcare providers to military facilities across the globe. Since that time, Emhoff served in progressive people leadership roles in healthcare and emerging technologies.
Emhoff holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland.
