Ken Wilmoth serves as Vice President of Technical Operations, providing leadership of all technology-driven business support services for the organization. He owns strategic direction and oversight for the management, configuration, installation, utilization and monitoring of PerfectServe’s IT platforms.
Wilmoth has enjoyed a career of leading and managing technology for over 30 years, both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining PerfectServe in November 2016, Wilmoth was Chief Technology Officer of Elavon Inc., where he was responsible for its global technology enterprise. He managed twelve Operation Centers and six data centers in North America, Latin America and Europe, which supported over 1 million customers and completed over 20 million credit card transactions per day.
Prior to Elavon, Wilmoth was Director of Information Technology for Boeing Shared Services, responsible for technology support from the east coast to Texas, and for management of overall network capabilities of its aircraft manufacturing plants. He also previously served as Manager of the Telecommunications Department at the University of Tennessee.
Wilmoth attributes his service in the United States Air Force as the foundation of his career, which also provided the path for him to complete his education in Information Technology.
