Director of Talent Operations

As PerfectServe’s Director of Talent Operations, Crystal Evans is responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding, learning and development, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement. Having joined PerfectServe in 2006, Evans brings a wealth of organizational knowledge and experience that guide her efforts to ensure that more than 300 employees are working in an ideal environment and equipped with all the resources they need to succeed.

Evans has served in a variety of roles across the organization, ranging from support to implementation to people operations. Most recently, she led a team of three associates as the Manager of Training and Development. In this role, she was charged with designing and facilitating company-wide talent reviews and performance evaluations and creating leadership development content for PerfectServe’s senior and mid-level leaders.

Crystal received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee.
