A new integration between Rauland Responder® clinical communications system and PerfectServe Synchrony™ promises improved care team collaboration and patient experience for hospitals and health systems.

This integration between PerfectServe Synchrony and ResponderSync® reduces the need for redundant manual data entry into multiple systems. Updates to staffing and patient assignments made in ResponderSync will automatically update via Dynamic Intelligent Routing™ within PerfectServe Synchrony.

ResponderSync™ software interface integrates staff assignment information with PerfectServe Synchrony to enable patient-centered access to the real-time care team. This streamlined process allows automatic identification and immediate connection to those nurses and other clinicians providing care to the patient at that moment in time from any location. The integration supports PerfectServe Synchrony in expediting the communication-driven workflows of the care team to eliminate patient care delays and extended wait times.

The PerfectServe Synchrony clinical collaboration platform includes both web and mobile applications for physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals. The solution targets the care team communication and collaboration obstacles that degrade care. Its single-platform architecture transcends geographic and organizational barriers to drive collaboration across all modalities, care settings and stakeholders.
