PerfectServe today announced it will host members of its Customer Advisory Panel for the annual gathering from May 20-21, 2015 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dallas, TX. The panel of hospital and health system executive leaders will meet to provide input and strategic direction critical to the development of PerfectServe’s secure, unified communications platform that enables effective population health management among physicians, nurses and other care team members across the continuum through timely and communication-driven workflows.
“As the healthcare industry shifts, we continue to rely on our customer panel as a valuable source of direct feedback on how PerfectServe’s platform addresses existing challenges for clinicians as well as opportunities to proactively get in front of those on the horizon,” said Terry Edwards, CEO of PerfectServe. “This panel gives us the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with our customers and provides a venue for them to gather insights and best practices from other organizations in areas such as population health management, care coordination and HIPAA.”
The PerfectServe Customer Advisory Panel comprises valued representatives from many leading healthcare organizations, including Advocate Health Care, St. John Providence Health System, St. Jude Medical Center, St. Rita’s Health Partners, MemorialCare Health System, Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center and WellStar Health System, and welcomes the addition of two new members from Excela Health.
The gathering will kick off with a presentation on care transitions by guest speaker Eric A. Coleman, MD, PHD, professor of Medicine, head of the Division of Health Care Policy, University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus, director of the Care Transitions Program. The panel will also receive an overview from members of the PerfectServe executive team on organizational updates, goals for the upcoming year, recent research and upcoming milestones for the new PerfectServe platform, which was announced earlier this spring.
