In an effort to integrate a comprehensive clinical communication solution that filters and delivers pertinent information to physicians and other providers to reduce response time, Michigan-based Genesys Health System partnered with PerfectServe to streamline clinical communications across its organization.

Beginning in January 2015, Genesys will be implementing PerfectServe Clinician-to-Clinician and PerfectServe DocLink. Once implemented, Genesys clinicians will more easily connect to the right provider, in the right way, at the right moment in time.
