Jeff Brown has been a member of PerfectServe’s executive team since 2006. In 2015, Brown moved into a new role as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts & Initiatives, where he leads a team responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction, revenue retention and revenue growth among PerfectServe’s most strategic accounts. Brown is also responsible for evaluating and closing business relationships with partners.
Previously, as PerfectServe’s Senior Vice President of Client Services, Brown was responsible for all service-delivery operations of the company, including implementation, 24/7 support and account management functions. He created PerfectServe’s implementation methodology — a proven process that enables health systems to quickly standardize their clinical communication and information delivery processes on the PerfectServe platform. He led a team of nearly 150 professionals skilled at applying PerfectServe’s technology in ways that deliver the best possible outcomes for PerfectServe’s physician practice and hospital clients.
Prior to PerfectServe, Brown held various roles at Deloitte & Touche, AristaSoft Corporation and Cisco WebEx (formerly WebEx Communications).
Brown holds dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and marketing from Miami University in Ohio.
