Revamped communication plan speeds clinician response

PerfectServe client, Hospital for Special Surgery, was featured in an article in Health Data Management today on their implementation of clinical communication technology and the improved clinician response they have seen so far. Hospital for Special Surgery implemented PerfectServe in 2017 to improve its large volume of nurse-to-provider and care team communications, in addition to developing an integrated, enterprise-wide communication platform that securely connects all care team members across in-patient and outpatient settings easily and quickly.
