Terry Edwards

Terrell Edwards — President & CEO

Terrell Edwards is the founding CEO and chief architect of PerfectServe's industry-leading healthcare communication solutions. Over the past seven years, he has led national expansion of the company to nearly 2,000 accounts in over 130 markets across the country.

A hands-on executive, Edwards has over 15 years of expertise in the design and deployment of technology-enabled solutions in both physician practice and hospital environments.

Prior to PerfectServe, Edwards led the start-up of the Knoxville operations of Voice-Tel, Inc., a pioneer in interactive voice messaging. Previously, he co-founded Milepost Corporation, a leading marketing communications firm serving Fortune 500 accounts such as Dana Corporation, Libby Glass, NAPA Auto Parts, Cooper Tire & Rubber and a variety of automotive industry manufacturing firms.

Edwards studied at Bowling Green State University, The University of Toledo and Lourdes College.


Jeff Brown — Vice President, Implementation & Development

Jeff Brown brings skill and experience in complex software implementations and change management, client service and support operations, project management, and account development.

Brown is charged with building and leading a team of professionals skilled at applying PerfectServe’s advanced communication technologies in ways that deliver the best possible outcome for the company’s clients and end users.

Most recently with WebEx Communications, Brown led the global deployment of WebEx services at a big three automotive manufacturer. In addition, his team led implementation and retention efforts for more than 400 Fortune 1000 accounts representing $16 million in annual revenues. Prior to WebEx, Brown progressed through increasingly challenging management positions with Deloitte & Touche LLP and AristaSoft Corporation. Brown holds dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and marketing from Miami University in Ohio.

John Labine

John LaBine — Chief Financial & Operating Officer

A hands-on executive with world-class experience and credentials in business process engineering and corporate finance, John LaBine is integral to PerfectServe's top-level strategic decision making and operations management. In addition to serving on PerfectServe's board of directors, LaBine is responsible for all of the company's finances and Client Service operations.

Through previous management roles with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Formica Corporation and Price Waterhouse, LaBine has amassed more than 16 years of industry experience in business process re-engineering, business analysis, financial accounting, costing systems design and implementation, and more.

LaBine developed significant expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) while spearheading a major implementation for a $420 million manufacturer of vehicle lighting and safety systems, and from his role as master production scheduler for the North American operations of Formica Corporation. The solutions he created resulted in greater efficiencies, substantial cost savings and improved operations planning for both companies while laying a sound technological foundation for future process enhancements.

LaBine graduated from Harvard Business School with a master of business administration degree in operations management. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from The Ohio State University.

Don Dally

Don Dally — Vice President, Technical Operations

Don Dally brings to PerfectServe a successful track record in the management of technical operations backed by hands-on expertise in voice and data communications integration. He is the mastermind of the company's network operations scalability strategy, with responsibility for all aspects of PerfectServe's world-class data center and product development and engineering.

Accomplished in all facets of technical operations and customer experience, Dally thinks strategically while maintaining an operational focus. He brings to PerfectServe more than 10 years' experience in the design, development, implementation and support of business systems and operational procedures. Dally has managed both large and small software development teams, where he has designed and implemented provisioning, billing, accounts receivable and customer care systems. His communications-specific expertise includes sales engineering, operations management, systems development/integration management and product engineering management.

Prior to joining PerfectServe, Dally held positions of increasing responsibility in technical operations with Premiere Technologies Inc. throughout its evolution from an international voice messaging service provider to a $450 million telecommunications and Internet holding company. His last role at Premier was senior director of systems development and integration.

Dally is skilled in designing and implementing best-of-breed integrated voice and data technologies including x.25 networking, frame relay, N-Tier implementations, AT&T and Nortel enterprise switching, TCP/IP networking, Priority Call Oryx, M-Link and Interactive Intelligence.

Dally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from The University of Memphis.
