Client Services Consultant

Client Services Consultants administer technology-enabled communication solutions for existing clients. Client Services Consultants work with physicians and medical practices to design new call flow process solutions, configure data objects, and program IVR applications to meet client needs. Consultants engage and interact with physicians to teach them how to gain the most value from their PerfectServe solution.

Client Services Consultants also triage, troubleshoot, document, and resolve advanced technical support issues; mentor front-line client service associates; and are often involved in planning and executing process improvement projects of varying scopes.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 3-5 years experience in technology-enabled business process development; excellent computer skills using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint; and exceptional customer service, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, organizational, and workload management skills. Software programming or technical writing skills are a plus.

Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultants collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to apply PerfectServe’s advanced communications technology in ways that deliver the best possible outcome to our clients.

Team members work with new clients to define communications workflow and individual physician contact needs, designing the best possible solutions to meet those needs, configuring applications on the PerfectServe platform, and teaching end-user physicians how to gain the most value from their PerfectServe solution.

Exceptional critical thinking, technical, written communication and interpersonal skills are required. Implementation team members participating in hospital projects are required to travel periodically.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 3-5 years experience in technology-enabled business process development; excellent computer skills using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint; and exceptional customer service, organizational and project management skills. Software programming experience is a plus.

Sales Consultant

Sales Consultants are responsible for helping drive physician recruitment and will spend the majority of their time calling physicians and practices to secure appointments for Account Managers and Implementation Consultants.

The Sales Consultants will be part of a team working on a hospital deployment and will work closely with the Account Manager and Implementation Consultants to drive physician adoption. They will have a strong understanding of how the PerfectServe technology can be applied to hospital communication processes.

Exceptional telephone, writing, and interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 2-5 years telesales/telemkt experience; exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Account Manager (Chicago and Detroit markets)

Account Managers will be the primary contact to a territory of hospitals to drive the deployment, development, and retention of the PerfectServe solution and the overall PerfectServe acceptance among hospitals and physicians in that given territory. Account Managers will collaborate with hospital management, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to apply PerfectServe’s advanced communications technology in ways that deliver the best possible outcome.

The Account Managers will also work very closely with PerfectServe Consultants and Developers to define hospital communication workflow and individual physician contact needs. Account Managers will be the hospital’s primary contact throughout all phases of the relationship: hospital solution deployment, physician adoption, account management, and retention. The Account Manager will ultimately be responsible for the entire market penetration/development of the PerfectServe services.

Exceptional project management, strategic thinking, technical, written communication and interpersonal skills are required. The abilities to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, to present to hospital executives, and to develop an entire market are a must. Account Managers are required to travel. The amount of travel will vary depending on territory assignments and the number of hospital initiatives.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 6+ years experience in technology-enabled business process development, project management and strategic account management; effectively manage both change and communications management during the lifecycle of the account relationship from implementation to ongoing account management; ability to identify appropriate business targets, secure appointments at the executive level, execute on a successful and strategy implementation and account development initiatives; excellent computer skills using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint; Software programming experience is a plus.
