Arlene Gray Joins PerfectServe, Leading Provider of Clinician-to-Clinician Communications,
as Database Developer

Knoxville, Tenn. — PerfectServe, the premier provider of voice, online and mobile clinician-to-clinician communications, announced today that Arlene Gray has joined the firm’s development team as a Microsoft SQL Server developer. In this role, she will be responsible for performing database development in support of PerfectServe’s communications platform.

In addition, she is responsible for report development, SQL Server database administration and performance tuning.

“As PerfectServe continues to expand into hospital systems across the country, we continue to invest in our technology workforce to ensure seamless integration and a smooth transition to our system for hospitals, clinicians and their patients,” said Terry Edwards, chief executive officer of PerfectServe. “Arlene has a solid background in Microsoft SQL Server and will be instrumental in helping PerfectServe continue our expansion into hospital systems across the country.  We are very pleased that she has joined the PerfectServe team.”

Gray began her Microsoft SQL Server experience in 2001 at MarketLinx Solutions (now CoreLogic), where she was responsible for database development and maintenance support for a cross-functional product development and maintenance team. She joins PerfectServe from Jewelry Television, where her primary focus was SQL Server Integration Services.

Gray is the local chapter leader for the Professional Association for SQL Server, www.sqlpass.org, and is working toward a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Information Technology from Tennessee Tech University.
