Sept. 7, 2010
Knoxville, Tenn. — PerfectServe, the premier provider of voice, online and mobile clinician-to-clinician communications, announced today that Robert Dalton has joined the firm as a hospital implementation consultant. In this role, Dalton is responsible for guiding PerfectServe’s hospital clients through the deployment process of the company’s intelligent communications system, which eliminates hospital errors and enables nurses and doctors to better coordinate care. “As PerfectServe continues to expand into hospital systems across the country, we continue to strengthen the team of consultants who are responsible for ensuring a smooth transition to our system for hospitals, clinicians and their patients,” said Terry Edwards, chief executive officer of PerfectServe. “Rob has a solid background in recruiting and customer service, which will serve him well in his new role as implementation consultant. We are very pleased that Rob has joined the PerfectServe team.” |
Dalton, 28, built his recruiting and customer service skills at Aerotek, a staffing firm in Memphis and Nashville. As a recruiter, Rob worked with customers to fill staffing needs in the commercial, engineering, and automotive divisions. Later, as an account manager and division head, he developed new customers while also supervising service to the existing customer base. Dalton’s other work experiences include work as a real estate broker and as an intern at the Papa John’s corporate office, where he worked on product development for their iPhone app.
Dalton pursued undergraduate study at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn., and Oxford University, and he recently completed the MBA program at the University of Kentucky. He also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification earlier this year.
