Lawrence D. Visk Joins PerfectServe, a Leading Provider of
Clinician-to-Clinician Communications, as Executive Vice President of Sales

Knoxville, Tenn. — PerfectServe, the premier provider of voice, online and mobile clinician-to-clinician communications, announced today that Lawrence D. Visk has joined the firm as executive vice president of sales. In this role, he is responsible for building and leading the PerfectServe new business development effort and sales team to maximize growth opportunities. “Larry is an accomplished healthcare information technology sales leader with a proven track record in building sales organizations and achieving impressive growth,” said Terry Edwards, chief executive officer of PerfectServe. “He will be instrumental in helping PerfectServe continue our expansion into hospital systems across the country and we look forward to the leadership he will bring to our sales team.” |

Visk, 53, has 30 years of experience in the healthcare information technology field. Prior to joining PerfectServe, he was with QuadraMed Corporation where he served as national vice president, client relations. While at QuadraMed, he developed and led a team of 14 account executives and three sales vice presidents, and grew team sales booking more than four fold from 2005 to 2008. Before that, Visk was the national sales director, revenue cycle and HIM solutions at Cerner.
Earlier in his career, Visk served in a number of roles with increasing responsibility including regional vice president at Shared Medical Systems, now part of Siemens Medical Solutions, and was director, consulting services with Sheldon I. Dorenfest & Associates.
Visk earned his BA from the University of Illinois studying industrial and organizational behavior and his MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where he was designated as a Hotchkiss Scholar for his graduating class. He resides in Overland Park, Kansas.
