“We are delighted that Dr. Takla has agreed to share his considerable expertise with our company,” said Terry Edwards, chief executive officer of PerfectServe. “His department is doing innovative work to improve patient flow throughput and eliminate the communication bottlenecks that can extend patients’ length of stays.”

“I’m happy to be able to contribute to PerfectServe, which has played a major role in our initiatives to reduce crowding and optimize available capacity,” said Dr. Takla. “Better communications among physicians and clinicians is a key to process improvements and one of the cornerstones of patient safety and patient satisfaction.”
