PerfectServe Expands Chicago-Based Hospital Implementation Team

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — PerfectServe, the premier provider of voice, online and mobile clinician-to-clinician communications, has built up its Chicago, Ill., hospital implementation team with the hire of four new implementation consultants: Angela Romero, Rachel Licari, Candace Ramos, and Jay Burger. The new implementation consultants staff PerfectServe’s first satellite office that opened in Chicago this month. Romero, Licari, Ramos and Burger will be responsible for guiding PerfectServe’s hospital clients through the deployment process of the company’s intelligent communications system, which eliminates hospital errors and enables nurses and doctors to better coordinate care. Romero, 35, is a registered respiratory therapist and comes to PerfectServe from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where she was a respiratory care practitioner. With over 12 years experience in healthcare, Romero recently received her master’s in business administration, healthcare administration from Roosevelt University. Licari, 27, comes to PerfectServe from Epic, a healthcare software company. As an implementation project manager at Epic, she managed teams delivering multimillion-dollar electronic medical record and enterprise software implementations. Licari received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Bradley University. Ramos, 28, comes to PerfectServe from CVS/Caremark. As a senior account executive, she was involved in every aspect of program implementation and was the lead facilitator on all projects and daily operations of a $425 million customer base. Ramos received a bachelor’s degree in public health from Indiana University. Burger, 28, also comes to PerfectServe from CVS/Caremark. As an account executive, he was responsible for implementing and managing clinical programs and prescription management initiatives.
