The focus of its Chicago office is to support five hospital clients in Chicago and additional hospital clients in the Midwest.
The new satellite office is staffed with hospital implementation consultants and an account manager. Located in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Center, also known as “The Merc,” PerfectServe’s office is located in the 2 million square-foot, 40-floor complex located at 30 South Wacker Drive.
“With recent hospital client growth in the Chicago area, including three Advocate Health Care hospitals, we want a team based in Chicago to provide the best service to physicians, nurses and hospital staff,” said Terry Edwards, PerfectServe chief executive officer. “We also selected a city with a major airport hub, as our implementation teams have a high degree of travel.”
