PerfectServe Expands Hospital Implementation Team
Ian Anderson, Brent Starnes and Arthur (“Von”) vonWerssowetz Join Leading Provider of Clinician-to-Clinician Communications

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — PerfectServe, the premier provider of voice, online and mobile clinician-to-clinician communications, has built up its hospital implementation team with the hire of three new implementation consultants: Brent Starnes, Arthur vonWerssowetz and Ian Anderson.  They will be responsible for guiding PerfectServe’s hospital clients through the deployment process of the company’s intelligent communications system, which eliminates hospital errors and enable, nurses and doctors to better coordinate care.

Anderson, 31, joins PerfectServe from the U.S. Army after eight years of service including two tours in Iraq as a helicopter pilot, air mission commander and operations manager.  Administratively, he has worked as a team leader, training consultant, and human resources manager, including the deployment and maintenance of complex HR information management systems. He is a 2001 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y.  

Starnes, 42, recently received his masters in business administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and has more than 19 years of wide-ranging experience as a sales representative and retail manager.  He is a Kingsport, Tenn., native who received his bachelor of science from the University of Tennessee. 

VonWerssowetz, 27, also comes to PerfectServe following graduation from the University of Tennessee’s masters in business administration program.  He honed his recruiting and consulting skills as a leadership consultant with Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, where he focused on improving current chapters and helping charter new ones. VonWerssowetz has also worked as a real estate broker and as an intern for Cummins, Inc., and holds a bachelor of science in communications from the University of Tennessee.
