Executive Team

With over 14 years of public accounting and corporate financial experience, David Pectol is PerfectServe’s chief financial officer. Prior to joining PerfectServe, Pectol was with publicly traded National Coal Corporation from 2008 to 2011, where he was the corporate controller and responsible for all SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley management.

Prior to joining National Coal Corporation, Pectol held positions as corporate controller for Knoxville-based IdleAire Technologies during the company's period of rapid growth and national expansion; and director of accounting and director of internal audit for publicly traded SBA Communications in Boca Raton, Fla.  His public accounting experience includes serving as audit manager with the national firm Crowe Horwath, LLP.

Pectol holds a master’s degree in accountancy from East Tennessee State University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in economics from Erskine College.
