Executive Team

An operating executive with strong process engineering, financial accounting and corporate finance credentials, John is an integral contributor to PerfectServe's strategic decision-making and operations management. John has successfully secured and managed more than $20 million in venture capital financing for PerfectServe. In addition to his role as CFO, John served as a member of PerfectServe’s board of directors from 2000 to 2008.

Before joining PerfectServe, John held management roles with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Formica Corporation and Price Waterhouse.  While at Deloitte and Formica, John led multi-national enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects involving significant business process re-engineering and information systems evolution. At Formica, John served as master production scheduler for North American operations, where the solutions he championed drove substantial operational efficiencies and cost savings, while improving operational flexibility to meet changing distribution realities.

John earned a B.S. in Economics from The Ohio State University, where he graduated Suma Cum Laude with Distinction, and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1992.
