Prior to PerfectServe, he served as senior vice president, sales and marketing for CarePages, an Internet healthcare company recently acquired by Revolution Health. In addition, Hills served as the President of the CarePages Foundation. Over a 5-year period, he and his team grew the CarePages client base from 40 to more than 700 acute care hospitals and achieved year-over-year revenue growth of more than 50 percent. Hills also led CarePages initial brand identity efforts, established and managed the company's creative direction, and led all public relations activity. Prior to CarePages, Hills served as managing director for Wall Street Systems, where he led a new business unit to market financial software systems to Global 100 multi-national corporations. Prior to Wall Street Systems, he served in a number of senior management roles at Procter & Gamble including serving as P&G’s director and assistant treasurer of investor relations. Prior to that role, he served as chief financial officer for the Global Snack Division and previously, associate director, Global Treasury where he established a global foreign exchange trading operation for the company, including the creation of trading offices in Belgium, Hong Kong, and Cincinnati and the implementation of Wall Street Systems banking software in a corporate setting. Hills holds a master’s of business administration in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago and a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from Purdue University. He currently serves on the boards of several local service organizations in the Cincinnati area. |
