Executive Team

The chief architect of PerfectServe's technical infrastructure and network scalability strategy, Don Dally is responsible for all aspects of PerfectServe's product engineering, development, and network operations. Dally is a technical operations executive with a proven track record of expertly integrating voice and data communications.

Accomplished in all facets of technical operations and customer experience, he has over 20-years experience in the design, development, implementation, and support of business systems and operational procedures. His communications industry expertise includes sales engineering, operations management, systems development/integration management and product engineering management.

Prior to PerfectServe, he held positions with Premiere Technologies Inc. throughout its evolution from an international voice messaging service provider to a $450 million telecommunications and Internet holding company. In his last role with Premiere, he served as the senior director of systems development and integration.

Dally holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from The University of Memphis.
